For the rest of us, we still eat food that has been preserved in some way nearly every day! From canning to freezing to pasteurizing, our modern food supply relies on keeping foods safe and healthy to eat for longer periods of time. It’s amazing how much goes into us having a variety of food to eat no matter the season!
