  1. We ordered a half a beef from these guys this year which was a huge mistake. We ordered a split.order which they said was fine. while we were waiting for our beef to be done the first delima was they messaged me saying wed have to wait another 6 months to get half our order because they messed up. Not very professional but they ended up saying they could get us our whole order at the same time so we were relieved. We had to pay prior to pick up which I wish we wouldn’t have after getting our order. First off the split order wasn’t an option apparently according to the butcher. He said he told them.that from day one, however I still had all the messages of them saying that’s how it would be done, which didn’t matter. So on top of that our order and cuts were all screwed up. We were even missing things we specifically ordered and had proof of. Fast forward to getting it home and on the plate. Hands down the toughest, chewiest, grisselliest, tastless beef my family has ever had. We’ve tried ever single cut, ribeye, bones, sirloin, round steaks, etc… I’ve never had tougher tasteless meat in my life. Even sent these guys a message with zero response back. I feel like we were totally screwed out of $1200, completely screwed and nothing we can do about it. I’d never recommend doing business with crooks like this EVER! No matter what establishment they own, horrible horrible horrible!!!
