Apple Browning Experiment Lesson for the Week of 9/28-10/2

There’s nothing like the crisp, refreshing taste of apple slices when it comes to snack time.  But if you don’t eat them fast enough, they’ll turn brown!  This week’s lesson takes a look at why apples start to turn brown and what might slow down that process!
